What a brilliant day on Boxing Day. After nine years on the day when they first met Stephen and Katie finally got married. The venue was at the lovely setting of Belton Woods Hotel just outside of Grantham. It was minus 4 degrees and the snow still lay on the ground but that didn’t stop them from venturing out to get some fabulous photographs. Have a fantastic honeymoon in the warmer climate of the Maldives and we will see you when you return. We would like to thank Henry for being a brilliant assistant on the day.

On Wednesday I assisted Yvonne Lishman Photography with a wedding near Skegness. It was a very wintery scene which gave the wedding a magical feel. In between assisting I managed to grab some candid shots of the day.

Just had to get out today as the scenery was absolutely fantastic with the bright sunshine and haw frost. Went to Wollaton Park to photograph the deer and stags as well as the scenery. Here a a few of my favourites.

Met up with Katie and Stephen at the Belton Woods De Vere Hotel for their pre wedding shoot and final consultation before their wedding in three weeks time on Boxing Day. Very exciting. We were lucky that the sun came out for us. Snowy landscape and blue sky … brilliant. Hope it is like this on their wedding day. Here are a few of the images we took.

Lee and Kaila’s wedding firstly took place at the Holy Trinity Church in Barrow upon Soar and then at Sketchley Grange in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
